Acellular dermal matrix in the treatment of multiple mandibular gingival recessions

This case report describes the successful treatment of multiple gingival recessions in lower arch a 29-year-old female patient using an acellular dermal matrix. The surgical procedure involved use local anesthesia, intrasulcular incisions, tunneling instruments, and 6-0 Vicryl nylon sutures. was prescribed antibiotics analgesics instructed to rinse with chlorhexidine. Follow-up care provided, sutures were removed after 21 days. achieved excellent coverage root surfaces favorable aesthetic results, stable periodontal tissues observed two years. highlights potential benefits matrices for recessions.
